  • (A copy of the deed, ID, old building permit, plans if available)

Service implementation process :

  • A field visit to ensure the building is ready.
  • Preparing a building safety certificate from the office.
Issuance of a Compliance Safety Certificate

First : Service requirements

Second: Service Implementation Process

If there are any violations of the compliance certificate requirements (28 items), additional work may be required, such as engineering plans or obtaining other permits like a renovation permit or adding a component as needed, in order to issue the certificate and meet the requirements (28 items). Accordingly, an agreement will be made with the client regarding the transaction value based on the scope of work required.
